Reservation
LThe reservation of the stay is effective upon receipt of a deposit of 40% of the total price of your stay. To ensure receipt of the check, do not hesitate to contact us by email. The deposit check is cashed upon receipt and the balance will be paid upon your departure from Domaine de la Pierre Ronde.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax will be requested when you arrive, it is 0.50€/day/person.
Cancelation

Due to the participant:
SIf you have to cancel your reservation, we ask you to let us know by registered letter or email. If your cancellation occurs less than 15 days before your arrival, the Domaine retains 100% of the total amount of your deposit. Regarding Christmas and New Year celebrations, and holidays in general, cancellation must occur at least 21 days before your arrival date.
If cancellation occurs within the allotted time, the deposit will be kept for a later reservation (valid within the year following the cancellation), only one cancellation per reservation will be possible.
(No refunds for late arrival, early departure or bad weather are granted.)

Due to the Domaine de la Pierre Ronde:
When compliance with one of the elements of the stay is made impossible following an external event, we will inform you immediately. You will then have the option either to renounce the stay or to accept the modification that we will propose to you. We will then ask you to let us know your choice within 48 hours.
Home & Schedules
Reception open from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Accommodation available from 5 p.m. and vacated by 12 p.m.
Possibility of parking at the Domaine from 10 a.m. on the day of arrival and until 7 p.m. on the day of departure to enjoy the site and the surrounding area. (Lake)
Parking inside the estate is reserved for our guests, the accommodation is accessible on foot only (vehicles authorized for people with reduced mobility)
Sanitary
A sanitary block (closed and heated) is available with large hot showers, toilets, sinks, washbasins and a changing table. (Electrical outlets)
No accommodation has indoor toilets and only the Love is all yurt, the Hobbit houses, the magician's cottage and the Elves' refuge are equipped with a bathtub.
Beds
Beds made for accommodation: Love is All Yurt/ Cocoon Yurt/ Family Yurt (provide beds only for single beds)/ Hobbit Houses, Magician's Cottage and Elf Refuge
Bring sheets & sleeping bags & 60/60 pillowcases for accommodation: Group Yurt/ Touva Yurt/Traditional Yurt only for single beds)/ Trapper Tent/ Teepee
Provide mattresses & sleeping kit for the Inuit tent.
Towel rental included only in accommodation: Hobbit Houses, Magician's Cottage, Elf Refuge and Love is All Yurt.
Heating/Electricity
Wood heating (with firewood, kindling & firelighters) for accommodation: Yurt Love is ALL, Yurt Cocoon, Yurt Group, Hobbit Houses Mirtook and Elébor, Magician's Cottage, Elf refuge, Trapper tent & Teepees.
Electric heating for accommodation: Traditional Family Yurt, Touva Yurt & Sbot and Tirquiet Hobbit Houses
Electricity & electrical outlets in all yurts, Hobbit Houses, Wizard's Cottage and Elf Refuge.
Wood fire lighting, candles and kerosene lamps for other accommodation!!
Access for people with reduced mobility
The toilets, reception and certain accommodation are accessible to people with reduced mobility. The Parc du Morvan provides free equipment to make certain activities possible (all-terrain modules, etc.), find out more at 03 86 78 79 57. (Tourist office, Maison du Parc du Morvan)

Household
The cleaning of the accommodation(s) is to be done by you, the equipment is made available to you inside the sanitary facilities: brooms, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products.
Bathing
The campsite is on the edge of the lake, swimming is authorized but be careful, not supervised. Sand in the water. Shallow lake
and gentle slope.
Night life
It is possible to have campfires and parties outside but we ask our guests to respect the calm of the site and to think about the well-being of their neighbors :-)
There is no closing time at night, you are just asked to close the entrance gate behind you.
Groups
On weekends, public holidays & School vacation,groups of more than 15 people cannot be accommodatedapart from privatization of the site. (During the week, contact us)
In order to preserve the calm of the site,we cannot accommodate stag/hen parties or any other groups planning a festive evening.(Get closer to the unusual accommodation site La jarnoise in St Agnan)
Animals
Our animal friends are accepted provided that they are kept on a leash, that they are calm, not noisy, not dangerous and that they sleep on a mat provided for this purpose by their owners. (Pets not allowed only in the Privilege Yurt & Inuit Tent & Fantastic Accommodations). The presence of animals is prohibited in the toilets.
Please notify in advance of the presence of your animal.
All animals remain under the responsibility of their master, the domaine de la pierre rond disclaims all liability (illness, accident, loss, etc.)
Telephone network/Wifi
Attention ! The Domaine de la Pierre Ronde is protected from all telephone waves, a very weak network is to be expected (one or two bars in certain places for Orange & iPhones).
Possibility of using the reception telephone. (depending on reception opening hours)
No Wifi.
Cultural evenings & musical
Storytelling, concert or theater evenings can be organized in the large 90m2 yurt. In most cases, our residents have free access to the event and are most often notified in advance.
Insurance/cancellation/repatriation: No insurance is included in our prices, please contact your own insurance company.
